We had a wonderful stay at Moku No Sho. The property is classic, with luxurious spaces in the common areas, and generous amentities like free champagne and wine, and marshmellows roasting by the fireplace. The onsen is beautiful, with an outdoor space where you can enjoy soaking surrounded by the snow. The food is amazing, our dinner is kaiseki style, with fresh Hokkaido seafood, vegetables, and black haired beef. There was a large free drinks menu, including beers, sake, whiskey, etc. The breakfast was delicious too, with grilled cod and many assortment of food. The room is spacious, a bit old but kept up nicely. We didn't spend too much time there as we went for the onsen and food experiences.
It's definitely one of the best experiences we've had!
