This hotel is fantastic. A charming, cosy, 5-room boutique hotel, with the most helpful and friendly team of people committed to serving you in the best possible way.
Breakfast is served with delicius pancakes and dulce de leche (caramel), eggs, fresh fruits, assorted breads with several different jelly options, cheese and ham.
At the lobby, 24-hours a day, you can have muffins (made at the hotel), organic tea, coffee. A small, delicate treat.
Hotel has its own wine cellar, in which guests can have a complimentary cheese and wine table. We did not have it, because we do not drink wine. But it sounds nice.
Room is very comfortable, although not luxurious. We read reports that the floors creak. They do, indeed. But for us, a couple in a very relaxed and enjoy-it-all mood, this was just part of the charm. Wi-Fi is free and fast.
We went during winter, so room temperature was perfect. We noticed it does not have air conditioning, which might be a concern during hot seasons, though.
Located in Providencia, it's a mere 8-minute walk from the metro/subway/underground. Neighborhood is very quiet, even during weekdays, despite the fact it's near one of Santiago main avenues.
And last, but most importantly, hotel staff couldn't be more friendly and eager to suggest nice restaurants or arrange tours.
The very reasonable price, great comfort, charming atmosphere, excellent location and friendly staff make this hotel a hard one to beat for couples in Santiago. We simply loved it!
