Terrible!
I had checked in on line before I got there, to find out that nothing was done. There was one person working in the hotel, and I had to wait 25 minutes at the front desk. I got to my room and the TV would not turn on, went down to the front desk to get a different remote, and I waited another 20 minutes to get another one. Came back upstairs, and the tv turned on but would not change the channel or volume. Went back down stairs and asked for another room, and she said no. She told me that she would come to my room and "fix" it. An hour and a half later she did bring another remote. By that time I was going to bed. The next morning, the shower pressure was extremely low and I couldn't rinse off. The coffee maker also didn't work in the morning. I also checked to see if my reward points were applied, and they were not? Extremely disappointing at best!!
