A great business hotel with all of the facilities you'd expect. The staff were very welcoming and as helpful as they could be. They all made their best efforts to make your stay feel personal, introducing themselves, remembering your name, preferences, etc.
The hours of service in the executive lounge could have been longer. Many businesses in the area are global services organisations that work international hours, so I often missed being able to partake in the breakfast, buffet, and evening drinks. As a result I would reconsider booking the higher standard room next time I stayed.
The availability of wine listed in the bar and room service menus was very limited. I was often forced to accept a far more expensive 3rd or even 4th choice as they'd run out of what I'd wanted. The price of wine, especially by the bottle, was 2-3 times more than I would have expected to pay, even considering hotel prices.
The hotel location is only convenient if you are visiting a business in the immediate area. I would not stay here otherwise.
