After a 10-day vacation trip from Miami, during which I stayed in 7 hotels, I arrived in Tupelo, which was supposed to be the last stop of my adventure. I can say for sure that it was the worst reception I've ever had. The receptionist, "Felice," was cold and impatient. I had questions about the laundry and the Wi-Fi, and when I asked Felice, she seemed unwilling to help. Her expression was the worst possible. I can't understand how someone like her, who lacks basic customer service skills, works at a hotel in contact with guests. It's truly regrettable.
