: It was very clean and the bathroom was completely new.
However, you can feel the noise between walls and between floors. You can know the number of people in the room next door, the country where they are from, and the content of the conversation even if you don't want to know it.
And there is no refrigerator in the room.

: Highly recommended for those who like to stay in their accommodation. But there are restrictions on travel because you have to move according to the gondola departure/closing time.

: The staff are generally friendly and nice.
Even though I almost had an unfortunate incident due to a taxi issue(Gratefully, the manager responded kindly and I checked out safely).
However, an staff's comment, “If there is a problem with the taxis, they will take charge of from the hotel, so the customer should get confirmation” made me anxious all night and was very absurb(Fortunately the taxi arrived on time. Frutta Taxi👍). All customers who book this hotel make their reservations with accessibility in mind, but the hotel doesn't have their own pick-up service (even if operated for a fee), and doesn't even contact the taxi company and instead ask for confirmation, which is something I have never experienced in a hotel in any country.
I don't know and care what happened between this hotel and the taxi company before, but it's non of custormers' business.
I wish you were explanable nicely, if there was a certain reason for some issue.
