Rewrite
During my stay at the Holiday Inn Express on December 1, 2025, I found the hotel to be conveniently located next to Terminal 3, with the added benefit of being in the same building as McDonald's and 7/11. The internet speed in my room was acceptable, ranging from 8-9 Mbps, and the express check-out service was efficient. However, my experience was marred by several issues. Despite providing advance notice of my late arrival, my room was not ready, and I had to wait. The room itself had a musty, old smell, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor of urine. The shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, and the body wash container was empty. Additionally, while the hotel offers a shuttle to the walkway to Terminal 3 (The Runway), the first shuttle does not operate until 10 am, which is inconvenient for those with morning flights. Unlike most hotels that greet guests with a signature scent, this hotel greeted me with the smell of an old, musty floor mop.
