5* russian roullet-Can be good, can be a disaster
As a common sense, going to a 5 star hotel shouldn´t be a surprise, unfortunatelly that was not what happen with this hotel. When we arrive to the hotel, I presented my passport that didn´t had the India E-Visa and was informed that this was mandatory. My second passport that had it, was in my long term hotel in Dehli, the person on the reception proposed no solution, just constantly informing that without that he wouldn´t process it. After a couple of calls to my permanent Hotel I was informed that the simply printed online form is enough, so I got it, but I would expect the Lalit crew to give that kind of information. After the long 40 min check-in when I got to the room, there were only the minimal ammenities, no robes, no slippers, no face towels, no hand towels and also as we were 2 people I would expect at least 2 bath towels per person, but no, for Lalit apparently 1 is more than enough. The only reason my evaluation is medium is because the Baluchi restaurant was amazing. The waiter was extremelly helpful and nice, offered very good choices and made the dinner a really good experience. Consider to eat only there if staying in the hotel, the "buffet" one, during the breakfast didn´t even had orange juice.
