Noisy , impossible to sleep
The hotel is very well located, the cleaning is good but it has a huge problem that ruins everything: it is very noisy. The hotel is located in a building with other 2 establishments that I think are own and run by the same owners. The building has huge pluming problems that generate enormous noise from the bathroom that makes sleeping impossible. I was in room 205 and the noise was so loud that I did no sleep anything on the first night , I was then moved to a new room ( actually the workers private room) on the same floor in the Costanza hotel were the problem also existed existed.
The issue in known the the staff.
When I complained about the room 205 I was told by the front desk staff that no problem was found , yet when I was given the tour of the room at Costanza hotel, as soon as we walked in the bathroom the noise started in the pipes and the front desk worker nervously made a dash to the sink faucet and open it at which point the noice stopped!
The only thing that made this bearable was that this room was bigger and the door was better at insulating the noise ( room 205 had a sliding door) so the noise sounded as if someone was sleeping in the next room and was snoring heavily.
