Not so good, my expectation was not met. i have a reservation for 2 bedrooms can sleep 6 pax, only have 5 people with me, the living room sofa was already set up for sleeping but no blanket was provided jus a flat sheet which was not communicated during the booking the 2 bedrooms has no flat sheet just the comforter. We have to pay extra to get a blanket for the living room. The refrigerator has to be replaced because its not working. The kitchen comes with the reservation plates and cooking utensils but they don’t provide dish soap and sponge, need additional payment for it. They don't have a laundry area contradicting the amenities it offers on hotels.com. The shower has no water heater, it was fixed twice, after the 2nd time it was fixed i used the shower, in the middle of my shower the warm heater turn off, i have to finish up with cold shower. The ceiling fan turned off during the night, its not switching back on after many attempts. On our check out i reported about the water heater and the fan at the front desk. She asked me if i reported it when it happened, i was annoyed because, she was not apologetic regarding it, she made me feel like its my fault for not reporting it immediately for it to be fix. I responded that we are checking out today, I am telling you now so that it will be fix before booking someone. A note greeted us on the countertop, the last paragraph states”please refer to the Guest Compendium in your suite” folder was empty, no one knows what it is.
