We chose to stay in Lusia's because of the convenient location just next to the ferry. The infrastructure is old and generally in bad condition. The staff is not helpful at all, e.g. it was the only situation in Samoa, that I was asked to pay extra for very basic services like calling a taxi or contacting a rental company. The included breakfast was very basic and not tasty at all, we heard from other guests that other food is overpriced and not good, so we decided to eat somewhere else.
To sum up, I won't stay in Lusia's Chalets again. If I were in Savaii again, I would probably take a taxi and stay in Fales further from the ferry from the very beginning.
