I stayed a few nights at this hotel. As a five star hotel, this property meets the expectation of cleaness. The room setting is a bit out of date but it still works well in general.
I particularly liked the bathroom layout -- it is larger than most hotel room bathroom by seperating toilet from shower/bath tub.
The hotel staffs are good in general. However, I had a bad experience with one front desk staff -- Frank Fang. When I need to use the business center for a printing, I asked him where the business center was located. He told me that the business center had been closed. So, I asked him what the open hour of the business center was. He changed his words by saying that the business center was still open but no staff there. So, no guest can use the business center. Then, I asked his help for the printing. He said the front desk could help the printing but it would come with a charge. When I tried to hand him my USB drive for the priting, he told me that no USB drive would be accepted. Anyone who like to use the printing at the front desk has to use the Chinese App, Wechat, to transfer the file to him for the printing. For anyone without the Chinese App, nothing he can do. Then, he refused to give any additional help.
I have a quite positive experience at this hotel. However, Frank Fang's attitude ruined my good impression of this hotel. Quite disappointed.
