The hotel was highly unsatisfactory. We arrived at the hotel to find no towels placed into the room. The room itself was extremely dated. The beds were incredibly firm and as dated as the room itself. The sheets were not white and of questionable cleanliness. When we asked for towels, the desk told us that the cleaning ladies would enter our room (when we were not there, but our bags were) to place some in the bathroom. After returning to take showers, we realized that the room did not have a hair dryer like it was listed on their website. At first we were told that we should come to the front desk to get one. When we went downstairs, they said that they did not have it and would send it up with a cleaning lady later. We waited for half of an hour and called the front desk again. They claimed that they had left it in the room, which they had not, with an increasingly annoyed tone. We returned to the front desk and were told that there was NO hairdryer included with the room. We showed them that a hair dryer was listed on their website. They claimed that that was a mistake, they will be contacting their website producer to change that and that they had placed one in our room now. Previously, the cleaning lady had placed our hairdryer in the OTHER room 207. Seeing as the hotel is two hotels in one, with repeating room numbers, they had placed it in the wrong room. Meaning they had entered ours and another guests room many times without the guests present.
