Hotels.com incompetence!!!
Once again, disappointed with role of Hotel.com. Paid for top of the range apartment, as we had a couple of years ago, only to find apartment(s) offered had balcony nothing like one experienced previously, all still top of the range price was paid to Hotels.com. Resort explained descriptions used by third party was not related to their own. Balcony enjoyed previously meant sunshine virtually dawn to dusk, but available ones offered at best morning, having to chase sun to avoid pillar shadows as well as no lounge furnishings like loungers although no room, and in one instance, two metre walls on four sides! No sea view at all on apartment described as such! With full payment being paid! Have tried contacting Hotels.com directly, but having GREAT difficulty with this, and this despite approximately eight attempts by phone and half hour on abysmal attempt on chat line…..what a waste of time these are! Would appreciate Hotels.com getting in touch with me an I’ll go into more detail with someone.
