Needed something last minute (my fault) and wanted kitchen space but I wouldn't recommend this place. Clearly the only cleaning they do between guests is change the towels and sheets (or at least I hope they do that). The bathroom floor was covered in hairs, the tiles needed a good scrub, curtains had blood stains (best not to think about how they got there), curtain rail is sellotaped together, kitchenware not cleaned, sofa arms dislodged and more.
Reception I think I saw behind the desk about 3 days out of 2 weeks (including hours they were supposed to be there).
Would also be good to have some standards in the kitchen (cooking oil, kitchen roll, salt etc) but I don't think they actually expect people to cook.
Also worth pointing out it is a bit closer to the airport station but if you're getting to metro you'll pay the extra surcharge to go from there so instead you're going to want to go to Mascot, which is about a 25 minute walk away.
