Although a support number was found outside, phone support had ended at 4:00p (check-in was 3:00p-6:00a). Since no one answered, I sent an email.
By trying a second machine, I finally obtained a key card at 4:45p.
After going out to dinner, I received a call that my key cards wouldn’t work upon return. I was asked to re-register and assured I would not be charged twice.
I WAS charged twice and ask that my second charge be refunded.
Our room was stifling hot all night with no fan or AC in the room, and windows would only partially open.
Luckily, the staff person added us for breakfast since we had prepaid for it.
A friend who was also checking-in with me submitted a review of our frustrations. And then received a very hostile email in reply blaming us for being 'aggressive' with the machines. As each of us are 35 year career computer engineers, we rebut the accusation.
