TO be avoided. This Novohotel suitws shares the same building with an ibis budget, and offers even worse services than the most basic hotel in the Accor chain. Employees do not receive the most basic and elementary training. Look at this situation: I was leaving the hotel garage, late to go to the airport to catch an international flight, and there was an employee standing in her car next to the gate, which wouldn't open. After waiting a few minutes and honking the horn, I went to her and politely asked her to reverse so I could get out. She said she couldn't because there was a car parked behind her. I went to talk to him so he could back up, so she could clear the way, and he said it would be sorted out. Only then did I notice that they were both Novohotel employees, and were wearing their work uniform, each one, the man and the woman, in their own car. waited a little longer and when the situation was not resolved, I asked both employees to back up to clear the exit, to which the guy in the car behind said that the situation would be resolved. As another 5 minutes passed and my family was already nervous and worried, I spoke to Ambis again and demanded that they clear the way out, as there was a problem with the woman's access card, which the man - hotel employee -he said he didn't like my tone of voice and that he wouldn't leave.I told him that I would go up to complain to the management and he replied that I could complain to the Pope and he would not leave.Unbelieveble!
