On a good note, the gym is absolutely amazing. Huge and a lot of equipment not available at other hotel gyms in Delhi. Nothing else in this hotel is positive, unfortunately. It smells unbelievably bad in public areas, although the stink thankfully doesn’t enter the room. Rooms are ok. Quite dirty and badly maintained. The worst thing, though, is the mismanagement. I stayed for 3 nights through an Expedia booking where I should pay at the hotel, but Expedia had my credit card for holding the room. The hotel charged the first night on my USA credit card, I think as a no-show because I checked in late due to a late-night flight. Then when I checked out they charged the 3 nights on my local credit card. So I ended up with a double charge. Calling Expedia, the hotel, and the credit card all got me nowhere, so I decided to book the hotel for another night on the next time I was flying through Delhi. This way I was able to speak to management in person, show them all the receipts and charges and they assured me that they would refund the double charge. Well, a month later, no refund…and no reply to my calls and messages. It’s pretty unbelievable. But you will understand if you book there.
