The issue that I have experienced was: First of all, we booked a room at Residencial Funchal. As soon as we arrived there to do the check-in they said that an issue happened and we were sent to the Residencial Monaco, once again another issue happened and then we were sent to a hostel, "supposedly", from the same owner of the above hotels. We book a hotel and got into a hostel. Also, on August 22, 2018 I was charged by Residencial Funchal and yesterday (October 1, 2018) I was charged again by Hostel 109 Funchal. It's unbelievable this situation. I want a refund and a compensation for all the caused inconvenience. It was our first time booking from hotels website and our experience was awful. I hope to have this situation sorted out as soon as possible.
