It is a resort, a bit remote from traffic and city but quiet, with good restaurant, saunas and a pool, a bit short, but still. Good room and huge TV. Which didn't work. This brings me to the service. While service people at the restaurant are excellent, the front desk seem to be trained to say the right thing, "thank you" and so on but, for example, when I reported that TV did not work, they pass the ball and do not follow up. As a result it took 24 hours to restore the service. Of course they blamed the supplier of the media rather than their lack of attention to the issue. But the most ennoying thing was a design of the whole complex, especially the entrance. You have to go up the stairs with your luggage. If you travel light it is OK, but you travel heavier, you then have to ask the front desk to use the outside lift. It is hilarious contraption, making a lot of noise and taking literally minutes to come up no more than 2 meters. Overall, I would stay again but watch my steps as I spilled on the floor carrying things from shopping.
