When we landed in Miami, when we called the hotel manager, he did not answer the phone. He called us from a different phone number. When we asked him if we could deliver our hand luggage to them while we were standing in front of the hotel, they told us that they could not receive it and that we should go to the shopping mall or the city and come back at 4:00. They scolded us and sweated. We made them an offer to accept only our small hand luggage, which we did not know about at our location. The gentleman on the phone did not introduce himself and constantly scolded us and said that he would not accept us before 4:00. We gave up staying at this hotel and stayed at a different hotel. Their communication language and approach were very ugly. We were not satisfied at all and we do not recommend it to anyone. They victimized us very seriously. When we asked for a refund from them, they said that they could not refund us. Later, no matter how many messages I sent them, they did not answer and left us in a difficult situation. I kindly ask you to be informed.
