The building was new, so no issues you would normally think of. The look is great, no appliances, no carpet, or box spring. The service was not as great, but it was also due to Hotels.com not paying my hotel fee upfront, so I was charged twice because the attendant informed me only of the incidental fee of $75, not the entire room charge being my fee. They also sent me very polite pre-check-in links and requested my info, but the staff did not have access to said info. Every price given was different than what was quote, from incidental to the misinformed fee charged to me my first night. The staff was nice, but did not answer my call to the front desk and the first attendant was very uninformed. The desk was not open at 9AM on a Saturday when I was leaving. The staff is also unavailable at the office after 11 PM, but you can dial someone from your room phone, I did not try this. I am unsure what would happen if an event occurred after hours. The only elevator was broken, so if I did not ask for a different room I would have been walking up three flights of stairs, so I am concerned for the elderly or those with children. The management seems to be trying to fix the issues, but I think there is cause for concern on both hotels.com's part and Wyndam's.
