There were several things that were great about the property and pointed out in the main review points. My disappointment was in the regular "stocking" of the room. Sadly, it wasn't until waking the first morning that I realized they did not have any glasses or plastic cups to take medication. While they gladly give them, you must ask. I also assumed a blow dryer would already be the room. Had to ask for it as well as shampoo. They will also loan normal kitchen items, which is a plus. But, I didn't need any other items. I felt customer service could have been better in response to my slight frustration and inconvenience with the usual and customary missing items. I asked if I could check out 15 min later than 11a, and they said I would be charged $14 for per hour if even 1 min late. No problem with the policy (although there were only about 5 guests in the hotel). But, considering I had to come down 3x to get a glass, shampoo and a blow dryer, it would have been nice for them to offer this as a courtesy. They were pleasant, but not empathetic or interested in going the extra mile to make things right. It could be attributed to them being brand new. I would definitely give them another shot.
