Bathroom vent was not working, and hadn't for a while, judging by the rust present on the steel door jamb. Furniture was chewed up on the corners, couch had a big rip covered with duct tape. Reserved room for 5 guests, and there were only 4 towels in the room. Tissue box had a total of 3 tissues left. Room seemed generally clean at least. Tried to check in with their app and chose my room on the first floor. But my digital key never arrived, and I had to go to the desk to check in anyway. They gave me a completely different room, on the second floor. Sofa bed was noisy and not very comfortable. You can feel the springs right through the mattress. Overall, facilities like this will tarnish the Hilton brand.
