Nice duplex room
I made a reservation for three people (me, my wife and my son), but after I arrive I was given a room with a double bed only. After contacting the reception to question them about it, I was informed that the website informed them that my booking was for 2 people only. They requested my reservation number, and it didn't match the number they received from Hotels.com. Finally, after a decision from the manager, I was given a room with 2 beds without any additional fee. In the end the stay was nice, but all the stress we had in the beginning was totally unnecessary.
About the hotel, it's nice. The room was a duplex with a kitchen, a living room and a balcony with a washing machine in the first floor and on the second floor a bathroom and a bedroom. Everything was nice, clean and tidy, apart of a leak in the bathroom that was flooding it.
Very nice hotel for longer stays due to it's facilities. There is a convenience store nearby and a very good pizza place right beside it. Very nice hotel for longer stays.
The only negative part is the distance from the subway. It's a 10 minute walk only, but that can be a little annoying after a long day walking or if you're carrying some baggage.
