Not a positive experience
Check in was not permitted until 5pm which is ridiculously late, and even though it was not occupied the day before they charge to get in before that. The check in process was poor- was told I would receive an email from “Latch” with a code to enter- I had to call 2 people to get the code. The contact I was given didn’t have record of my reservation and told me I had to call someone else. security poor- outside doors were never locked and no one at the front desk and anyone could enter the building at anytime. They give you keys for the outside doors but never had to use them. No hot water in shower, reported it to the contact name given but no response so contacted the management company- they acknowledged my complaint but no one came to fix, no mention that there was no elevator. Stated a free drink on arrival that never arrived. Checkout email stated I had to leave the key fob in the property else I would be charged $250 but I never received a key fob so had to communicate that- they acknowledged that there wasn’t one. Otherwise the accommodation was as advertised.
