STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY and HOTELS.COM
Look at other reviews, no hot water. When maintenance fixed it the water was luke warm. There was no AC and no Heat (no power at the thermostat). When I contacted the company for a repair they ignored my phone call, my voicemail and my texts. There was construction material in the master closet and baseboards missing. The mattresses were super lumpy and super uncomfortable. The condo was NOT clean when we arrived. We had to wipe down the counters as there was flour and salt on the counters.
Then this property emailed me and tried to bride us to give a 5 star review. They also asked us to contact them privately if we had any issues which I did, but they denied by problems with the reservation.
Hotels.com was horrible to work with. You talk to someone in a foreign country and they would not refund any money. They wanted to give us a credit to use in the future, REALLY? Why would we use a website that doesn't care about the customer experience, the customers safety and trying to make things right? Hotels.com would not even tell or demand from the landlord that a partial refund was in order. We will never use their services again and yes, I am spreading these issues far and wide. All of my complaints and comments in this review can be verified in other peoples reviews.
