In general, this property is satisfactory. However, upon arrival, there is no sign indicating a New Butterfly Nest. Additionally, there is no one available to assist with finding an apartment. The building lacks a lobby or a staff member to help. They communicate primarily through email but fail to provide instructions on how to access the property. You are required to find the number on Google and contact them. After seeking advice from another couple from the UK who were unsure of what to do, I made a call. A person then sent a text with the instructions and a code to access the apartment.
According to the Expedia website, it states that you can cancel or modify your booking up to 12 PM the next day, which is incorrect. I attempted to make changes the next day at 9:30 AM through the website or by phone, but I was unable to do so. I had to either confirming my reservation or I was going to be charged for canceling/modifying my reservation.
