I booked my reservation and received my confirmation via email. Upon arriving at the hotel, no one was in the reception and a guest let us in as he was leaving. We rang the bell, no one arrived, so I called them on my mobile. The lady was rude and said there were no rooms available and hung up, plus we spoke italian. We called back and she blocked my mobile #. We used the hotel phone to call and she wouldn't answer. I could see 3 hotel room keys hanging, so obviously room were availalble. We used the computer at the reception to find another hotel room in the area, it was fully unlocked with access to the hotel's email and all other data. I could see my reservation in her inbox along with other private details. If you want to waste your time, receive bad service, have a hotel not honor your reservation, feel free to stay here. BTW, hotels.com called her 3 times and she said she doesn't speak english as they were trying to assist in sorting out my reservation
