We chose this hotel specifically because the studio room had a microwave, which we needed for warming up baby food. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive thing. The room itself was filthy—dust covering large surfaces and the floor. Both my partner and I have allergies, and the dust made us sneeze non-stop. Our toddler's white socks turned grey, almost black, after just an hour of walking around, which shows how dirty the floors were. The worst part came on our last night when our child accidentally locked himself in the bathroom. I asked the staff for help, but they were completely useless. When I asked for a key, the response after asking the manager was, "we don't have one." I said we'd try to get him out ourselves, and the staff member just replied, "mmhm, ok," with no concern whatsoever. After saying how useless this is, he then offered to come and check what he can do. Will we stay in this hotel again? NO!
