Disaster,
we found bug in the room, reception refuse to change room, when we insisted, they gave us another room with mold in the bathroom and rusted shower cabin.
In addition, a lot of humiliation: since you didn't make reservation directly but trhough agency (Hotels.com?) we can to what we want with your reservation, we do not have any obligation you can complain to your agency (Hotels.com?) we don't care, do you know how miserable rate you paid for the room, restaurant is not working (even it was 20:45 and restaurant was serving meal to other guests), go somewhere else ... And finally, I wrote email to hotels manager in order to express my dissatisfaction and 35 days later no response at all.
