We checked in on Friday, and today is Sunday. We have not received room cleaning service during our stay. This morning, I complained to the receptionist, who assured me they would send a team to clean the room once we left. We left the hotel at 10:30 AM and returned at 3:30 PM, but to our surprise, the room was still dirty, and no one had come by to clean it.
When I spoke to the manager, his response was even more disappointing. Not only did I not receive an apology, but he also claimed that cleaning services prioritize vacated rooms over those of staying guests. This explanation does not make sense, especially since it is now 3:30 PM, and this is not a large hotel. We have been here for three days and have not received any cleaning service.
As a family of four, room cleaning is essential, and I am not requesting anything beyond the usual service. I have traveled extensively, and cleaning has always been a standard part of hotel service. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.
