The property has a great location. There were issues while we stay at this property for 10 days. First, Wifi connection was very poor in our room. I could say that in our 10 days of stay, I only had a few hours of wifi connection and that was the first day we checked in. One night, I had to call their IT to help us with the wifi connection. Another night I had to go down to the front desk to ask for help and she said she will get IT to help us. We waited until we fell asleep - nobody showed up. The rest of the stay? I had to go out to the pool area or the lobby. Breakfast menu was poor. We had the same menu every morning for 10 days. One morning, when we went down for our breakfast, there was only one waiter available, no available table for 4 (it means that most tables were not cleaned nor ready and the rest were occupied. It was around 8:30 in the morning. Breakfast time starts at 6am. We stood by the front entrance for a good 3 mins to be waited on and finally I approached the waiter if we could sit on the one uncleaned table to wait because we had a senior citizen with us who can't stand that long. We waited and nobody came to clean the table so we moved to a long table of probably 10 just so we could start our day. Very disappointing. One night, I had to call 2 times for our free water bottle. So overall, the family did not have a comfortable stay at this property. Customer service was poor. I think that this property could use a better shower mat. Upgrade a little bit
