Do not book this place! We were supposed to receive the code to get into the accommodation 24 hours in advance. We didn’t receive it. I tried contacting the property through email and calling the number provided, which I didn’t hear from the property. Expedia had to contact the property when I couldn’t reach them. I received a different phone number and email. I sent an email and called. No one responded to my email. The manager contacted me around noon and explained the property was double booked. He was moving us to another property he owned. He sent me the code and address. Check in time was 3pm. We got there around 4pm, and the place is completely trashed. Shaving cream on the sofa, chip bags on the floor, windows open, bathroom and bedrooms were not clean. It was a nightmare. The cleaning lady had just started cleaning the place and told us we could stand there in the living room while she cleaned the upstairs. She then cleaned the downstairs. Mind you, this was 1 hour after checkin time was available. Around midnight, we were asleep when we hear a loud banging on the door. We went to the door and couldn’t see anyone. 10 minutes later we heard someone jiggling the door handle. We didn’t feel safe, so we moved the futon in front of the door. I’m really disappointed with this place and wouldn’t recommend it.
