3 stars for service only because the two Front Desk Clerks that we interacted with did good.Unfortunately, Betty, employee from the food court, had the worst service ever!Recount on the incident.Upon checking in, I was told breakfast hours were from 7am-11am, which was odd but I didn't question it as I was in a whole different state. Next morning I come down with my family to a full bar of food around 10:30ish, nothing had been put away, therefore, we proceeded to get our food.Miss Betty comes out from the back and starts putting stuff away and in a very rude tone says, "the area is closed". I apologized and explained that we had been told food bar was closed at 11am and it was barely going to be 10:30am.She went on to say once again in a very rude tone,"Who told you? But if anything, it is posted outside, you can see the time there!" So obviously I became upset and apologized once again, but this time I responded in a defensive tone of course, and told her that this was what I was told when checking in, and reassured her we would have not been there if I wasn't given this information.Well, not happy with my response, she goes to the Front Desk to bring the Clerk up front to the food bar area and asks me if it had been her, which it was, the poor girl apologized for giving us wrong info and had to go through Betty confronting her in our presence! Ridiculous! I asked for her name and told her management would know of this. Never went to breakfast bar after that
