We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across town. This is not a choice I made but one out of necessity when we didn’t have a place to sleep. Please take this location off your app so this doesn’t happen to someone else. This experience and lack of a refund makes me hesitant to use this app again for hotel stays. I ended up looking a new place on hostel world because I was afraid of having the same experience.
