Terrible Front Desk Agent, Great Room
The room was great! No complaints with the room at all. The Hotel staff was absolutely terrible! I made the reservation for my brother who was traveling back home after losing our father to Lymphoma. I made sure to list his name as the guest and opted to pay for the room in advance to limit any issues for him at check-in. The woman who checked him in was rude and accused him of not pre-paying for the room. When he was walking away to go retrieve his phone from his car to show her the reservation and payment confirmation, she shoved paperwork at him to sign and gave him his room key.
I know that she was not aware that he had already been traveling for 2 days prior to arriving to this location, but there was no courtesy or friendliness, no charm, just attitude and negativity. Do better! Remember that everyone is traveling for different reasons! It's not always a vacation or fun trip! Long hours of driving, sitting in the same position, looking at the same scenery for hours on end.. a simple smile and kindness goes a long way to the weary traveler who is already somber due to the reason for traveling. 04/15/2025 check-in at 9:52pm.. whoever you are, I want everyone to know what a crappy human you are.
