Hotel was lovely and ideally located, right on the metro. Breakfast was over-priced so we only splurged once in our 3 nights. Many cafe's within stepping distance from the hotel, even in the rain. And believe me, there is rain! Limited parking available, although the public parking garage is close by and convenient. We only needed the car to attend a wedding, so really you wouldn't need a car at all to just explore the city, since the train system is so amazing. Rooms are small, but very comfortable - not much walking space around your bed if you have lots of luggage. Impossibly small safe, couldn't even hold a macbook. Shower is strong. Rooms are a bit noisy if you have a street-facing room. The front desk is very friendly and helpful for dinner suggestions. We had two really great dinners just blocks from the hotel: Le Poêlon d'Or was a 5* and Le Comptoir d'Ainay was a notch less, since it seemed pricey for no reason, but tasty. We did very well on our limited French. Very safe and lively location for a hotel.
