Our family vacation was incredibly stressful because they messed up our booking. Initially, the front desk informed us we had booked a room with two queen beds, but due to a wedding event, their manager, Amy, moved us to a different room without prior notice. They claimed to be fully booked, leaving us unable to switch to the room we had booked through Expedia.
The next day, I was told by the front desk that their system showed my reservation under a king bedroom, which was inaccurate. Our actual room was supposed to have a queen bed and a single sofa, alongside a very noisy air conditioning unit. For nearly $500 amount of money I paid, the service and accommodation fell far short of my expectations.
