Here’s a revised version of your feedback:
The property itself appears new and clean, but the surrounding area looks very run-down and feels unsafe. I drove around the building multiple times trying to find the check-in location. After a long wait on the phone, I was finally informed that the check-in counter is on the 2nd floor. However, there’s no signage at the building’s entrance or near the elevator to indicate this, and from the outside, the building resembles an office space rather than a hotel.
Wi-Fi is not complimentary unless you’re a member or a premier customer, which I didn’t realize in advance. Additionally, I had expected free parking based on the booking site, but I ended up having to pay for it. Parking is located behind the building, and guests have to walk around to enter the hotel, as there’s no direct access from the lot—quite inconvenient if you have multiple pieces of luggage. There were no luggage carts available either.
Breakfast was just average. The staff didn’t speak English, which made it difficult to ask for any options without meat. The orange juice tasted watered down, and though I and other guests raised this concern, the staff seemed unable to understand or address it.
The only positive is that the building is new. However, I wouldn’t stay here again with my family; it didn’t feel safe, it’s not convenient, and it’s certainly not cheap.
