There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me.
There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip.
My request for the discount rate was considered by email, and I will check my visa to make sure it is deducted.
Access to the fob or keys were a bit confusing for me, and preferred to have some visual tips with clear steps than details in an email.
The rooms and everything was good. The space was generally clean, but a few spiders on the walls. One of the washrooms, the sink and tab were blocked but by texting to the contact person, it was resolved immediately.
