The entire reason we chose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool that the kids could swim in. When we arrived, we found that the pool was closed for renovations. I understand renovations, and making things better. But give a full disclaimer. Put it on the website. If it's closed for renovations, reveal that to the customer. It's only temporary. I would've chosen a different hotel, and visited this one next time we're in town. Instead, I won't visit this hotel again.
Also, not sure what happened, and I'm sure it was out of the hotel's control, but watching the guys in hazmat suits spraying and cleaning the ceilings, floors, and walls in a hallway while we ate breakfast was a little concerning...
