The bed is very poor because the mattress is too old, need update. The bed lien is damaged and it have holes so need new bed lien and wash regularly.
They gave me wrong key code by email from Hotels.com. The door code is not good as it is complicate as you gave me the wrong code for the door. If I am alone, it will be difficult to access the code. I had been sent message and no reply at all.
The breakfast is not very nice. I smelt lot of smoking in the my bedroom No.2 which was not good as it affect my health and not enough sleep through my weekend. Staffs are not friendly and unwelcome. Why do you hide from the curtains and privacy.
The lights were flickering on the stairs.
I am very disappointed. I won’t return to the hotel next time. Please update ALL the rooms. I will report to the hotel inspector to check your hotel.
