Young lady that checked us in was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. My husband asked to use the restroom while I was doing the check in. When he came back saying it was locked and did she have a key, she jumped down his throat saying she didn't have a key and he could wait until we got the room. She insisted I initial a form agreeing to their fees. I told her the form was blank and asked what fee's I where agreeing to since my room was prepaid through Expedia. She rudely said that if I wanted the room I'd initial the form. Got to the room and it stank. Paint, mold, God only knows what. I called the front desk asking if they had any air refreshener. She said housekeeping could come in a few hours as they were busy cleaning other rooms. I asked to change rooms and she told me to come to the front desk where she rudely handed me another set of keys without even telling me the room number. Second room smelled just as bad. I cracked open the window and made do. I didn't even want to bring my clothes in there. The second night, the room smelled worse like cigarette smell was coming out of the ac. Room appeared to be clean... so I don't know what all the smells were about. Very noisy overnight with dogs constantly barking. The deplorable attitude of the front desk person, I wish I could have gotten her name but, of course no name tag, combined with the smells, etc you lost me as a customer. Do better Woodspring Suites!
