The room was plain.Unlike what we are used to at Hollywood Casino, this room was large, but wide open.No extra chairs to sit in while eating/drinking. except the desk & desk chair or the bed. There was no mini fridge, micro wave. No coffee pot or bottles of water. The toilet paper was more than 2 arms lengths away for me, in stack in the back corner of the vanity with a glued down box of kleenex in front of it! The only lights in the bathroom were located on the walls at each of the vanity. Nothing overhead, which made getting ready kind of awkward, if you already have difficulty seeing. We are used to a bed that feels like you're sleeping on a cloud after a long day on the casino floor, & this bed didn't even indent when we laid down on it. If you like a very firm bed, then you're in luck. We had 2 nights here, & I woke up feeling like I had slept on the floor. There was trash bags in the trash cans, but only draped across the sides & not in the cans like they should be for use. Thought about fixing them as they should be, but decided not to do that. I gently placed my trash in the can, with the bag still hanging over the side, hoping that it would show the cleaning person, that you are actually supposed to place the bag IN the can and not over the side. Hollywood is a short 10 minutes away. Much nicer. Same price. I was disappointed in no more Christmas decorations other than a tree in the lobby. Other casinos had beautiful decor. It was Dec. 26 when we arrived.
