Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I don’t think this one Hotel is a direct reflection on the overall chain, however I’m disappointed, and appalled at the experience I had at the Florissant, MO location. The room looked rough from the start. Burn holes in the curtains and bed spread. The thick blanket on the bed had black spots on it, somewhat resembling black mold, but I can’t be certain of that. The desk chair was missing an arm on the left side. The tv had stains on it, looked as though it was food related. The carpet was atrocious, stains throughout, and a sticky spot that had not been treated. The bathroom looked old and worn. Ceiling above the shower was peeling and looked somewhat warped. The blackout curtains were broken. Dents and marks all over the walls. The staff was quiet and non-social. When I discovered the issues in my room, I went down to find someone, as the phone didn’t seem to work, and to my surprise, no staff of any type were able to be located. Truly appalling experience. I skipped breakfast in the morning due to it being sparse on selection. Plus I was just ready to get out of there.
