disappointed and frustratied with my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked a two-bed room for three guests, but upon arrival, I was given a room with only a king-sized bed and no sofa bed. Additionally, there were no rollaway beds available to accommodate the third guest, leaving me with no choice but to sleep on the floor. Never experienced such, considering their room rate.
I was informed by the hotel staff that this issue occurred due to overbooking with a third-party booking service, which resulted in the unavailability of the room type I had reserved. This situation was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable, as I had specifically chosen the two-bed room to ensure that all three of us would have a comfortable place to sleep. It was 1am and they even offered me, they call other hotel to check if they have a two-bed rooms, then have us drive to that other facility? I thought that was inconsiderate more than helpful.
The food was good, its the tidiness of the dining area that was not kept clean.
I also found a bottle of nail polish on one of the chairs in the room.Does that mean, they do not thoroughly wipe down all the areas inside the rooms.
