On several occasions, I ordered Uber Eats to my hotel. On one occasion, while en route to the hotel, the delivery driver arrived before me. I requested that he leave at the reception or with the security guards, as I would be arriving shortly. However, both the guards and reception staff gave him a difficult time and even inquired about the room number, which he promptly provided. Despite this, they refused to accept the order, resulting in the delivery driver discarding my order and me incurring financial losses.
Furthermore, the WiFi connection has been consistently unstable throughout my stay. This has significantly impacted my experience.
In addition to these issues, the hotel’s overall quality is commendable, and the staff has been generally helpful. However, these two factors have tarnished my overall impression and prevented me from rating it higher.
