BEWARE of any properties managed by MV Homes like this Belvedere apartment.
Almost left stranded without a place to stay after numerous attempts to contact the property for instructions to get into the apartment upon arrival for check in.
Any communication regarding issues with the apartment was met with no response from property management...ie clogged sink, fuse blown and left in the dark, poor wifi, no Netflix, and no washing machine as listed on their amenities.
Never had we experienced such POOR customer service in the hospitality industry!!
