I have mixed feelings about the hotel, the overall hotel is good however some of the staff are horrible! Encounter with horrible staff #1 when we checked in on June 4th Sunday at around 8pm the check in staff notified that I had to now pay extra for my daughter? I booked a double twin bed room for 2, the hotel even offered 2 person complimentary spa? And now out of the blue I have to pay this extra person charge?? Anyway I just paid to get in my room and not bother arguing with him anymore. Encounter 2 horrible staff, i was offered free breakfast with my package, i didn’t even want to have breakfast, just pick-up a tea to go, the staff in black shirt/pant behind the bar said that's not possible, clearly that was possible since he was making a cappuccino for another guest to go, when I asked about that he replies that was the last cup. I was shocked that a hotel this size would run out of cups? Something definitely wasn't right. Anyhow another staff noticed this interaction and was kind of enough to bring my tea in a go to cup in the lobby for me. The same cup that the other staff said he ran out of. I just don't understand why this other staff did that to me, makes absolutely no sense. I just asked for a simple tea to go, was that too much of a big ask? Anyway because of this interaction I am giving this hotel a negative review. They really need to train staff properly or take actions on discrimination staff.
